NIGERIA CONNECTS WITH SERVOL
The Niger Delta Delegation from
Nideria headed by their Minister of State, The Honorable Mr. Samuel Ode and
his delegation, together with representatives from the Nigerian High
Commission and the Ministry of External Affairs visited our La Romain Centre
on 26th October 2010.
Their mission to this country was to examine the energy skills building and
training programmes available Trinidad and Tobago. The meeting and extensive
tour of our entire Centre at La Romain was an extremely informative ,
rewarding and interactive experience for our guests and of course they did
enjoy our local hospitality.

GETS REPUBLIC DAY AWARD
All servolians are proud of our
Chairman Sister Ruth Montrichard who on Thursday 23rd September 2010
received
the C.B.T.T. 2010 Republic day Award from this Nation's Acting President Timothy
Hamel-Smith at our very own Hi-Tech Centre in La Romain.
This Award was given to Sister Ruth in Recognition for her Long and
Outstanding Contribution to National Development in the areas of Social and
Community Work. We are so proud of sister! congratulations from all of us. |

SERVOL IN BLOOM
Beetham Life Centre held its Graduation
on Wednesday 2011, where three hundred and seventy- six (376) trainees,
including international and local trainers received their certificates for
various skills and programmes.
The featured speaker was Mr. Keith Jackson, Director Corporate Organizational
Transformation of the Ministry of Science, Technology Tertiary Education who
gave an extremely informative speech about opportunities that the Ministry has
put in place for our trainees toward their education.

SERVOL REPRESENTIVE VISIT'S NIGERIA
On the
invitation of Ms. Ebitare Ebikife,
Director of WYODEC – Woji, Youth Development and Empowerment Centre in Nigeria,
Mr. Rupert King, Servol’s Head of Training left our shores on the 12th
of January 2011 for a period of one (1) month, to train fifty (50) individuals
in our Adolescent Development Programme (A.D.P.) and the Teacher Training
Programme.
