Mr. Douglas Camacho - Chairman
Mr. Douglas Camacho is an accountant by profession and the former President of Guardian Life of the Caribbean and Director at the Guardian Group Ltd.
In his capacity as President of Guardian Life and Group President of Strategic Investments, he focused on people development, thus enabling sales at Guardian Life and the administrative staff to achieve unprecedented levels of performance for which the group has now come to be known. He also became involved in leadership positions of local, regional and international insurance-related organizations, such as the Association of T& T Insurance Companies (ATTIC).
During his chairmanship at the T&T Insurance Institute (TTII) the industry, in partnership with the University of the West Indies, was able to create a chair for insurance which is now in its tenth year.
Regionally Mr. Camacho led the Insurance Association of the Caribbean (IAC) and the Pan Caribbean Business Coalition for many years. He was also recognized internationally for being the first Caribbean person to be appointed to the Board of LL Global.
He represented Trinidad and Tobago in hockey and still continues to be involved in the sport as an administrator. He has also been involved for the past 24 years on the National Olympic Committee of T&T (NOC). During this time, he has been able to unite the region to form a Caribbean Olympic Committee.
Mr. Camacho also served as Chairman of the Committee responsible for Sport and Youth preparing the Vision 2020 roadmap, and on a government-appointed committee to prepare a National Sports Policy. He was also instrumental in changing the CXC syllabus to include passes in Physical Education.
Mr. Camacho has served on many boards including the T&T Olympic Committee, NIPDEC, TTMF, Unit Trust Corporation and SporTT and has been a director at Servol since 2015. He is also involved with Crime Stoppers, and the micro-finance company Miped, run by BPTT in Mayaro.
Sr. Ruth Bridget Montrichard - Chairman Emeritus
Sr. Ruth Bridget Montrichard entered the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Cluny in February 1960 and took the final vows in the Order on September 1968. She received her primary and secondary education at St. Joseph Convent, Port of Spain between 1947 and 1958, and went on to obtain a teacher’s diploma from the Catholic Women’s College in 1966, as well as a diploma in Sacred Studies from Loyola University in 1973.
In 1976, she received an advanced certificate in education (MEd with distinction) from Oxford University. She worked at Royal Bank in Port of Spain, and then as a teacher at Scarborough RC school, St. Louis Primary school in Grenada and Nelson Street RC school before her move to Servol. Her responsibilities in the organization include curriculum development for the adolescent development and skill training programmes and the management, organization and training of staff. She has held the positions of Director, Deputy Executive Director, Executive Director and Chairman of the Board during her more than three decades at Servol.
She has also represented the organization at international conferences in Europe, the United States, South America and the Caribbean.
Her interests include the development and implementation of programmes for young children, adolescents, and parents as well as information technology, music and empowerment of disadvantaged communities. She received the Inter-American Development award in 2001 for Social Entrepreneurship, the Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow in 2002, and was inducted into the St. Joseph Convent Hall of Excellence in 2007.
Justice Roger Hamel Smith
Justice Roger Hamel Smith is from a family “possessing impeccable legal pedigree”. His grandfather Michael Hamel Smith was the founder of the family law firm M Hamel Smith & Co. in 1908 which continues to operate today.
After completing the required examinations in the United Kingdom, Justice Hamel Smith was admitted to practice as a solicitor in Trinidad and Tobago in May 1969. He was appointed to the High Court in 1983 and made a judge in 1987. Three years later he was elevated to the Court of Appeal.
He was the first member of his family to be appointed to the High Court bench. He was Acting Chief Justice from 2006 – 2007 after which he became Chief Justice in 2007 and has acted as Chief Justice of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago on no fewer than 16 occasions. He held this position until his retirement in 2009 at age 65 after serving for 22 years in the legal profession.
Justice Hamel Smith was first appointed to the Judicial Legal Service Commission (JLSC) by President George Maxwell Richards in 2011 and reappointed by President Anthony Carmona in 2014.
Mrs. Helen Drayton
Mrs. Helen Drayton has over 40 years of service with private and public sector service organizations. Her career with the RBTT Financial Group spanned approximately 24 years, and over that time she has held Senior Management positions including Executive Director-Group Marketing and Corporate Communications, Executive Director–Group Human Resources and President of Royal Bank Institute of Business and Technology – ROYTEC.

She holds an Executive Masters Degree in Business Administration (EMBA) from the University of the West Indies Institute of Business, a Diploma in Bank Marketing-University of Colorado, Boulder, USA, and several professional certificates.

Mrs. Drayton is an adjunct lecturer with the University of the West Indies (UWI) Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business and lectures in Business Communication, Networking and Collaboration and Corporate Ethics.

In 2007, she was appointed as Independent Senator in the 9th Parliament of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago and served for two terms.

She is passionate about volunteerism and community service and has served on several boards including the RBTT Royal Bank, RBTT Trust, the Water & Sewerage Authority of T&T (WASA), the Tourism Development Company, and the Unit Trust Corporation. Mrs. Drayton was also Chair of the Advertising Standards Authority, the Trinidad Committee of the ANSA Caribbean Awards of Excellence and has served on the Councils of the Trinidad Red Cross Society, Blind Welfare Association, Community Chest Limited, the Blood Bank Association, Express Children’s Fund. She was also the CEO of the United Way Trinidad & Tobago while giving much time to the Coalition Against Domestic Violence. She was president of the United Nations Association of Trinidad & Tobago and elected the Vice President of the World Federation of the United Nations Associations for two terms—the civil arm of the UN at the plenaries in Spain and Argentina.
In addition to her current appointment to Servol's Board, she is also currently the Chair of the National Insurance Board (NIB).
Ms. Diana Mahabir-Wyatt
Diana Mahabir Wyatt graduated from Mc Gill University, Quebec, Canada in 1962 and, having worked in the field of Education briefly teaching kindergarten and a primary school class in 1958 in Val d'Or in Quebec, Ms. Mahabir-Wyatt joined the Lady Hochoy Home for Differently-Abled Children in Trinidad, in 1960. 
She taught on a supply basis at St. Augustine Girls High School for a period in the early 60s and from 1963-1966 taught a survey course in communications skills at the St. Augustine Campus of the University of the West Indies.
In 1966, Diana Mahabir Wyatt joined the Employers' Consultative Association of Trinidad and Tobago and was responsible for setting up supervisory and management training programmes and for handling general administration. 

In 1969, she was appointed Director of the Association responsible for industrial relations consultancy, statistical research and publication, government relations, guidance to employers in labour and social security legislation, workers' participation in management and supervisory and management training. Serving as Chief Executive Officer of the Employers' Consultative Association and the Caribbean Employers' Confederation simultaneously for almost 15 years, she gave assistance to employers' federations throughout the Caribbean in management training, labour legislation and human resource development, writing numerous papers and articles on these subjects and identifying trends and developments in social, economic and labour matters in the West Indies. She liaised with regional bodies in Latin America on small business development and supervisory and vocational training and on the advancement of the position of women.
Ms. Mahabir Wyatt served as a founding member of the National Training Board of Trinidad and Tobago and of the Registration, Recognition and Certification Board of Trinidad and Tobago on which she served for ten years. She was also a member of the Industrial Relations Advisory Committee, set up under the Industrial Relations Act in the 70s to advise the Minister of Labour on changes to labour legislation in Trinidad and Tobago. She served on various other national committees dealing with personnel and industrial relations matters, including the Workman's Compensation/Employment Injury Committee, Severance Pay Legislation Committee, Freedom of Association Committee, and National Flexi-Time Committee amongst others and participated as a representative of employers in Tripartite Conferences and Consultations prior to and leading up to the enactment of the National Insurance Act and the Industrial Relations Act.

Ms. Mahabir Wyatt was a member of the National Insurance Board’s Board of Directors from 1972-1985 and during that time served as Chairman of the Board's Personnel and Public Relations Committees and of its Art Committee and served as well as an alternate member of the NIB Investment Committee which handles the investment of all NIB funds. She has been, for many years, a member of the Boards of Directors of several private companies in Trinidad and Tobago and was appointed by the Government as a founder member of the National Productivity Council, the National Training Board and the Self-Help Commission on which she still serves.

In the international field, Ms. Mahabir Wyatt has represented the interests of Caribbean employers on a committee to advise Ministers of Labour of the OAS and also at the CARICOM Ministers of Labour Standing Committee. She served as an alternate member of the Governing Body of the International Labour Organization and worked for many years with various international organizations in developing management, small business and vocational training projects throughout the Caribbean area. Ms. Mahabir Wyatt was an employers' delegate from Trinidad and Tobago to the ILO Conference in Geneva for 13 years and has represented employers in numerous commissions and committees in Trinidad and abroad on social and economic matters. For five years she was the Vice-Chairman of the ILO's Conference Committee on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations and served as well on other ILO committees, mainly dealing with human and civil rights.
Ms. Mahabir-Wyatt is a weekly columnist on social, economic and political matters for one of Trinidad and Tobago's leading daily newspapers, produced and presented a twelve-segment T.V. presentation on violence against women and children, and acted as the anchor on a two-hour daily news 'talk show'. She is, as well, deeply involved in community development work, serving on the Boards of SERVOL, the National Self-Help Commission and the Trinidad and Tobago Coalition Against Domestic Violence. She is the Founder and patron of the Shelter, a Home for Battered Women and Children. She was a founder member of Junior Achievement and the Trinidad and Tobago Development Foundation which assists in the financing and development of small business and community development projects and is a member of the Caribbean Association for Feminist Research, the National Caucus of Women and the network of NGO's for the advancement of women.
In 2001 she qualified for her M.Sc. (Edu) from CSU, specializing in online education and adult learning, and in 2012 was awarded an LLd (Doctorate of Laws - honoris causa) from the University of the West Indies and a Community Service Medal (Gold) for her work in the field of Human Rights specifically work with women.
Mr. Peter Clarke
Mr. Peter E. Clarke BA, LLB holds a B.A. from Yale University and a Law Degree from Cambridge University. He was called to the Bar as a member of Gray’s Inn, London in 1979 and was admitted to practice in Trinidad and Tobago in 1980.
Mr. Clarke has served a variety of corporations over his career. He served as the Managing Director of Money Managers Limited from 1984 to 2000 during which time he was also Chairman of the Trinidad & Tobago Stock Exchange [1995-1999]. He served as the Managing Director of WISE since 2000 and became Chief Executive Officer in 2001. He served as Deputy Chairman of the Trinidad and Tobago Free Zones Company.
Mr. Clarke has also been a Non-Executive Director of Sagicor Investments Jamaica Limited since October 30, 2012. He has been an Independent Director of Sagicor Financial Corp. since June 2010 and Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited (aka Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited) since October 2, 2012. He serves as a Director of Sagicor Life Inc. He also serves as a Director of a number of companies in Trinidad and Tobago, including the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange and has been a Financial Consultant since 2006.
He is a Member of the University of the West Indies Development and Endowment Fund and the Finance Council of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Port of Spain. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Clarke served as the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce Director. From 1992 to 1995, he served as a Member of the Betting Levy Board.

Mr. Ian Collier
Ian D. Collier was elected to the position of President of the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce on April 23, 2007, having served as the Senior Vice President since 2006 and a Director of the Chamber since 2004. He is also the Chairman of Collier Morrison Belgrave Limited, a renowned advertising and communications firm with clients and projects throughout the region.
Prior to this, Mr. Collier spent 12 years as the Managing Director of Collier Advertising & Production Services Limited, with offices in Denver, Colorado, and Orlando, Florida in the United States.
Collier is a graduate of Queen’s University of Kingston, Ontario, and holds an honours degree in commerce. He has a distinguished career in service, having served as President of the Advertising Agencies Association of Trinidad and Tobago for four consecutive years from 2000 to 2004 and President of the Rotary Club of Port of Spain in 2001 and 2002.
Currently, Collier is a Director of Servol and the Film Company of Trinidad and Tobago and is involved in many community-based programmes.
Fr. Ashton Pierre C.S.Sp.
Fr. Ashton Pierre CSSp. is a Roman Catholic priest and a member of the Congregation of the Holy Spirit (Holy Ghost Fathers). In his more than thirty years of ministry, Fr. Pierre has served in parishes in Sangre Grande, Blanchisseuse, Arouca, Woodbrook and Delaford, Tobago. He currently serves the parishes of St. Mary’s, Mucurapo and Assumption, Maraval.
In his early years as a cleric, Fr. Pierre taught Religion and Mathematics at St. Mary’s College, Port of Spain. He has also served as Formation Director for the Holy Ghost Fathers.
Fr. Pierre holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology from the University of the West Indies, a Certificate in Education from Sheffield University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Religious Formation at the Catholic Theological Union (CTU) in Chicago.
