JOB TRAINING PROGRAMME
SERVOL JOB TRAINING PROGRAMME
Job Training is an employment training programme where trainees are assigned to work and learn at various companies. It is a practical experience for acquiring specific knowledge and skills in line with their area of skill training.

It provides trainees with real-life working experience thereby allowing them to become more familiar with interpersonal relationships, responsibility, networking and the importance of interdependence within the working environment. As a result, trainees are able to further develop themselves by being multi-skilled and more marketable.

Job Training is not promised or guaranteed to trainees. It is awarded to trainees who illustrate a high standard of discipline, exemplary behaviour, and characteristics befitting the job market.
